Welcome to the Carriage Hills Civic Association website!
Our association is a small voluntary group of your neighbors who strive to maintain and enhance the appearance of our neighborhood, maintain property values, and make Carriage Hills a desirable place to live.
What We Do
- Administer grass cutting and other landscaping services.
- Pay utility bills.
- Make repairs to signs, lighting, flags, etc throughout the year.
- Post signs for City of Mobile Trash Pickup.
- Maintain good working relationship with City of Mobile officials.
- Administer Yard of the Month Award.
- Conduct annual dues drive.
- Publish annual newsletter.
- Conduct annual homeowners meeting.
Our Dues are $50/year.
Your dues allow the Civic Association to pay landscaping and utility bills,
and make needed repairs.
We offer several ways to make your $50 dues payment.
